Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of the registration fee will be sent on the event’s official email address: efsm2021@medevents.ro.
Registration cancellation policy and refund of registration fee are as follows:
- For cancellation of registration requests received up to 01.03.2020 – the registration fee will be fully reimbursed
- For cancellation of registration requests received during the period 02.03.2020 and 15.04.2020 – the registration fee will be reimbursed at the rate of 50%.
- For cancellation of registration requests received starting from 16.04.2020 – the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
- The fee shall be returned within 30 days of the conclusion of the Congress. From the amount of tax paid will retain a value of 20 lei representing the amount of bank fees.
