Piotr Czarnecki, MD, PhD is working in Traumatology, Orthopaedics and Hand Surgery Department at Poznan University of Medical Sciences, Poland, specialized in orthopaedics and trauma surgery. Dr Czarnecki is present chief of Hand Surgery Section at Polish Orthopaedics and Traumatology Society and President and FESSH National Delegate for Polish Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is also a member of FESSH Examination Committee and Hand Trauma Committee. He was awardee of FESSH Travel Award (Cluj-Napoca) and ASSH (Stanford, Michigan, Ney York and San Francisco). His main field of research is nerve reconstruction including end-to-side repair and clinical practice is secondary postraumatic reconstruction and degenerative disorders.
