Currently maintains a private practice in all aspects of plastic surgery with a special emphasis on microsurgical reconstruction. Disclosures include the books Fasciocutaneous Flaps, Perforator Flaps, Anatomy, Technique, and Clinical Applications and Lower Extremity Reconstruction, A Practical Guide, which continue to be major interests. Member of the international faculty of the International Course on Perforator Flaps, now in its 21^st year.  Once again will serve as instructor for the 3^rd International Course on Perforator Flaps that will precede the EFSM meeting.
